How to Create and Share Boards
Boards help you organize and present a collection of polls and questionnaires in one place. This guide walks you through creating a board, setting access controls, sharing it, and managing its content.
Step 1: Start Creating a Board

- Tap the ➕ button on the "My Boards" screen.
- This will launch the board creation flow.
Step 2: Enter Board Heading

- Provide a title for your board.
- Add a description to explain the purpose of the board.
👉 A clear heading helps participants understand what your board is about.
Step 3: Select Board Background

Choose a background for your board:
- Select from predefined colors
- Use a preloaded image
- Upload your custom image
👉 Personalizing your board makes it more visually engaging.
Step 4: Define Access Control

Decide who can access your board:
- Public – Anyone with the link can access
- Require Registration – Only registered users can participate (🔒 Premium)
- Only from Contact List – Limit access to selected contacts (🔒 Premium)
👉 Premium access controls help protect sensitive or private boards.
Step 6: Add, Remove, or Reorder Content

- Add existing polls and questionnaires to your board.
- You can:
- Reorder entries using drag-and-drop
- Remove any entry you no longer want to show
👉 Polls and questionnaires must be created beforehand.
