How to Create, Share, and Analyze a Questionnaire
Questionnaires are powerful multi-question surveys. This guide walks you through every step from creating questions to sharing and analyzing results.
Step 1: Start Creating a Questionnaire

- Tap the ➕ button on the "My Questionnaires" screen.
- This will launch the questionnaire creation flow.
Step 2: Enter Title, Image, and Link (Optional)

- Enter a title for your questionnaire.
- Optionally:
- Attach an image to visually represent your questionnaire.
- Add a link extra context or background information.
✅ Tip: A clear title with visual cues helps attract more responses.
Step 3: Add Questions

- Add one or more questions to your questionnaire.
- 📌 To add each question, follow the same process (steps 2 - 6) as described in the How to Create, Share, and Manage a Poll
- Choose the answer format
- Attach media or links if needed
- Add or modify answer choices
- Define required options
✅ Tip: Some options are common for the entire questionnaire and can only be setup on the questionnaire level. More details about the options can be found in Poll Options Explained
Step 4: Tune Questionnaire Options

- The questionnaire options are the same as standard poll options, but they apply to the entire questionnaire, not just one question.
- These include:
- Asking for participant names
- Setting an end time
- Controlling result visibility
- Enabling comments
- Allowing users to change answers
- Preventing repetitive votes
- ✅ Additional option specific to questionnaires:
- Allow participants to skip questions
👉 For a detailed explanation of each setting, see Poll Options Explained
Step 6: Observe Questionnaire Results

- Open your questionnaire in the app anytime to see results.
- Results are shown question by question, with responses grouped accordingly.
- If the questionnaire is non-anonymous, you can also see who answered what.
Optional: Modify the Questionnaire

- You can still make changes after publishing:
- Add or remove questions
- Edit existing questions and answers
- Changes are immediately applied and visible to participants.
Optional: Pause, Resume, or Stop the Questionnaire

- Pause: Temporarily stop new responses. Useful during reviews or temporary holds.
- Resume: Allow participants to continue answering the questionnaire.
- Stop: Permanently close the questionnaire to finalize responses.
✅ Tip: You can reopen a stopped questionnaire by updating its end time in the options.
Optional: Export Questionnaire Results

You can export results at any time:
- Summary exports are available for free.
- Detailed exports (with individual participant data and aggregated statistics) require a premium upgrade.
